Finally I made to the BBQ! DanEboy was there, Polovision, aVol2 and Vol210 were all there. Kids and spouses also wandered around. So we had a wonderful evening just talking about things and being introduced to chocolate cake, ala Julie style. Recipe: 1 lemon wedge 1 dish bakers sugar for dipping lemon wedge in 3/4 shot Vodka 1/4 shot Frangelica (sp?) Take lemon wedge, dip in sugar, bite lemon and sugar down to the rind and chew it, but do not swallow it. Throw in shot of vodka and frangelica Swish and swallow. Tastes like a chocolate cake! And you can do this time after time after time after time!

So, on Friday we decided to do some Puget Sound travelling. Now for those of us not used to nautical terms, the difference between a bay and sound is the size. A sound is much much bigger than a bay, and is basically just protected ocean. We had a huge discussion about this and it turns out that Washingtonians are a little uppity when you start trying to allude that Puget Sound is part of the ocean. It's not, it's a sound! Or so they said! I still think it's part of the ocean.
