--Thursday Since we don't have to be at the Springville Cracker Barrel restaurant until 12:30, we (Alberta Rider, Ronnie and Polovision) decided to go and check out the Cottonwood Canyons. There are two of them, both about 10-15 miles long on the east side of Salt Lake. So we ride up both of them and then head on to our lunch reservation. We meet up with DanEBoy from Washington and his wife, Ted Bell, and BoulvDozer and his wife.
