So, what can you teach me?

What would you like to know? If you are interested in finding out how computers operate, networks run, this you can learn.

This whole thing we call computers and the Internet, you can learn that too.

How about advancing your skills in Word and word processing?

  • Mail merge - are you using it to speed up correspondence to your clients and shorten your turnaround time?
  • Boilerplates - are you using these to speed up correspondence and at the same time give your company a consistent letter format?
  • Indexing & Table of Contents - Are you using these handy functions for any of your Quality Assurance Documentation?
  • Hyperlinks - Using them in your documents to speed up navigation?

How about advancing your skills in Excel and spreadsheets?

  • Can you compare to columns of text or numbers to find the missing numbers?
  • Are you using Filtering on your columns for better presentation of material?

How about Access and databases?

  • Can you create your own ad hoc reports?
  • Can you group and order your selections to get regions and districts subtotaled?

Our biggest fear is looking ignorant. Our biggest reality is being ignorant. The only way to get around this is by asking questions. The person that gets ahead is the one that actually goes and asks the questions he wants. No one can answer the question you don't ask.

Now, if you need help on an individual basis, we can handle that. If you would rather do it as a group, this too can be arranged. Over ten years experience teaching high school, adult education and corporate clients has proven to us that we know what we are doing and that what we are teaching works. People learn, and they enjoy it at the same time.

If you're one of the curious kinds, also check out:  How Stuff Works. This is an excellent web site for kids and adults alike. Well written too.
