This is Mark, or Stephen if you didn't like his presentation (so he told us)
We went to Tower of London (a fortress) and had a tour by one of the live-in-the-castle beefeaters. His name was Mark. And we loved him. He gave an incredibly informative and entertaining tour, focusing on blood and treachery through the ages! Oh he was funny! And this booming voice! My goodness! Sadly, he was kind of the highpoint to the tour as the number of people in the fortress was huge! Lineups were for hours. So we never did see the Crown Jewels, the lineup just went on and on and on (over 200 yards). We toured the entire fortress and I noticed that one of the people that was in the tour with us, was still a good 50 yards away from the entrance to the Crown Jewels. And it was already 5:00!
Mint Street, up until about 1810 or so it was the only place they made British money
